Some of our apps have previously been made unavailable for sale, but if you have purchased them previously, depending on your platform, you should still be able to download them
App Store
If you’re on an iOS device and the app(s) is no longer available in the App Store, you might still be able to download the app(s) if you do the following:
1. Go to the App Store and tap on the account icon in the top right corner.
2. Then go to ’’Purchased’’ and check under ’’Not on this iPhone/iPad’’.
3. Scroll until you find the app(s) in question and tap the cloud icon on the right for the app(s) you want to download.
Google Play
If you’re on an Android device and the app(s) is no longer available on the Google Play store, you might still be able to download the app(s) if you follow the steps listed below:
1. First you go to the Google Play Store, then tap your profile picture on the top right.
2. Then select the option ’’Manage apps & devices" and after that ’’Manage". Ensure you change the filter to display "Not installed" as opposed to "Installed", and you should see a comprehensive list of all apps you've previously downloaded on your account and allow you to reinstall them, even if they're no longer available.
2a. If the above list is too exhaustive and you're specifically looking for purchased app(s), then another option is the purchase history. To reach this, select the option ’’Payments & subscriptions" followed by ’’Budget & history". This will show you a list of all purchases you've made through Google Play and related Google services ordered by time. Once you've found the relevant app(s), pressing it should reveal a "View" option which once pressed will allow you to reinstall.
