As of January 1st, 2024 the Toca Life Standalone app series will be removed from sale on both the Google Play Store and App Store. In addition, they will also be removed from sale on Amazon Appstore on June 30th, 2024. This does not include Toca Life World which will continue to remain on all app stores. We have made this decision as for many customers/players it was confusing to have these apps available for sale, when they intended to get Toca Life World which is and will continue to be free to download.
All of the content from the Toca Life Standalone apps is still also available for purchase in Toca Life World as an in-app purchase (excluding Toca Life: City which is the free district “Bop City” that comes with the initial download of Toca Life World)
If you have previously purchased a Toca Life Standalone app, even though they are removed from sale, if they are downloaded you will still be able to continue playing the apps on your device. If they are not currently downloaded, on most platforms you can also still continue to download them so please visit here for more information on how to do this.
You are also still currently able to redeem Toca Life Standalone apps into Toca Life World, (please visit here for steps on how to do this), however, due to technical limitations this functionality will not be possible in the future. We will have a grace period where our Support team will continue to assist with manually redeeming these apps into Toca LIfe World up until July 31st, 2024.
We realize that some prefer the ability to not have an app with in-app purchases. Even with Toca Life World you can easily have this experience and you are in control. You can easily toggle off the shop in the app settings (found on the main menu on Android and from the “Settings” app on iOS devices)

- A copy of your receipt from the purchase of your Toca Life Standalone app
- A screenshot of your device ID in Toca Life World (You can get this by clicking on the Toca Life World logo five times on the main menu screen)
