If you've made a purchase and it looks like it was successful but no currency has been received, then try the following:

  • First, try rebooting the app. 
  • Enter the shop. 
  • Once you've entered the shop, you'll be prompted with the following message: 

This will attempt to complete any purchases you've made that may have been interrupted, due to technical issues or otherwise. 

If the above didn't help, try restarting your device and reboot Toca Boca Days. 

 

The issue could be on our end!

It's also possible that there's a temporary issue with servers and other networking, making purchases unable to be completed at this moment. Check out the "Known issues" article in the "What's new" section to see if this is the case and if so, waiting a while and trying again later should hopefully solve the issue for you.
