When you have purchased an item and/or items with your Daysies, there will be a small red dot which is an indicator that there is a new item in that category:

    


PLEASE NOTE - If you have purchased an Outfit from the shop, then only one of the items will have the indicator showing a new item. They will all be there, so you'll just have to go to the other categories that your outfit might have items in (Tip - You can check back in the shop to see what they might be!)

If you are wondering what an Outfit is, this is a set of multiple items that are bundled and sold together. An outfit could include any number of items. You'll always be in the Outfit category when you first enter the shop. 

   


If you've made a purchase and it looks like it was successful but nothing is showing up, then try the following:

  • First, try rebooting the app, quite often that can help! 
  • If this doesn't work, try rebooting your device. 

 

The issue could be on our end!

It's also possible that there's a temporary issue with servers and other networking, making purchases unable to be completed at this moment. Check out the "Known issues" article in the "What's new" section to see if this is the case and if so, waiting a while and trying again later should hopefully solve the issue for you.
