Toca Boca Days is an online space for you to hang out with your friends in an ever-evolving world! The game is free to download and play, but also includes optional in-app purchases. These in-app purchases are available for purchase in... the shop!
Firstly, you can always access the shop by pressing the
button whilst in the game. Alternatively, the shop is also accessible from the profile selection screen by pressing the "Shop" button.
Once here, you'll be greeted with a whole catalog of clothing items and outfits to customize your character with!
But what do you use to purchase these outfits?
Daysies
This is the currency that can be purchased with real money, which is used to buy the clothing and outfits available in the shop. Do note that you must create a Toca ID account in order to purchase Daysies. This is so that your purchases are safely tied to an account and carry with you across any of your devices. If you have any questions about how to create an account, then do check out our "Toca ID account creation" article under "Getting started".
Once you're logged into a Toca ID account, or if you already were, you can access the screen to purchase Daysies by pressing the
button. If you decide to purchase some Daysies, you'll see your wallet
update with the total amount you now own.
Note: prices not shown above as these will vary based on your currency.
Keep in mind that when purchasing Daysies, they will only be added to the profile you're currently on and can not be shared across profiles.
Categories
At the bottom of the shop, you'll find a variety of categories such as overshirts, shoes, accessories etc. simply press these and you'll see the list of options update right above. Useful to make exploring the shop a bit less overwhelming, but also very handy if you're looking for juuuust that right scarf or hat ✨
I found something I like, but how do I purchase it?
Found something that speaks to you? Let's take that shirt we saw before as an example.
When an item is pressed, you will preview that item and get a chance to see how it looks on your character. You'll also see a little 
button underneath your character. This shows you how much the item costs, and if you've decided that this is the one, then pressing this button will take you through the purchasing process.
Provided that there are enough Daysies in the profile, you'll get another chance to confirm if you wish to make this purchase. If you wanna proceed, simply press 
and... voila! You've now purchased that item!
Do keep in mind however that, much like Daysies, these items are tied to the profile you used when making the purchase and can not be shared across multiple profiles. So make sure you're on the desired profile when making the purchase!
Where does it go?
The item will now be in your wardrobe! You can access the wardrobe, and any items you've purchased, at any time by pressing the 
button when in the game.
Note: If you have purchased an Outfit from the shop, then only one of the items will have the indicator showing a new item. They will all be there, so you'll just have to go to the other categories that your outfit might have items in (Tip - You can check back in the shop to see what they might be!)
