Some device and network configurations can interfere with the shop. If you're seeing this message 👇 when you try to enter the shop, check out the items in the list below: 

    1. Try connecting to another internet connection or network. 
    2. If you're using a VPN/Proxy service on your device, try to disable it temporarily.

    3. If you have the app installed on another device, can you check if you're able to access the shop on that device?

    4. Make sure that you're running the most recent version of Toca Boca Days.

    5. Some parental controls can restrict in-app purchases that might interfere with the shop access, so try to disable them temporarily. 

    6. Check if you have any operating system updates available.

    7. Double-check that your app store account location matches your actual location. 

    8. It might also be worth checking if your device has the correct date and time for your location.

The issue could be on our end!

It's also possible that there's a temporary issue with servers and other networking, making purchases unable to be completed at this moment. Check out the "Known issues" article in the "What's new" section to see if this is the case and if so, waiting a while and trying again later should hopefully solve the issue for you.
