If you are receiving error message 34 and/or 400, it could be because there's a new update available for you that you haven't yet installed. So head over to the Apple App Store and update the game for all the latest and greatest!

If this doesn't help, then this could also be due to your device connecting from a country that Toca Boca Days has not yet released in. Currently, the game is released in: 

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Sweden
  • Canada

But don't worry! We'll be releasing the game in more countries gradually over time, so do stay tuned and keep your eyes peeled on our Toca Boca website for more information regarding where the game has released, as well as what countries are coming next 👀

Also, as an extra precaution, we only recommend and support installations of the game originating from the native app store of your device (currently only Apple App Store) and can not in any way support or help out with issues when the game is installed from an unofficial source.
