Sometimes you might think about uninstalling the game to make space for other games you want to try or you think this might fix an issue that you are having.

 

Please note that as the save files are stored locally on your device uninstalling Toca Boca World will reset all progress in the game, as well as gifts and characters created in the Character Creator. This is why if you're trying to fix an issue that you're having, we always recommend using the reset functionality within the app rather than uninstalling, as it often solves the same issues without resetting your gifts and custom characters. Better yet, click the "Contact Us" in the top right and our Support team can advise you on what to try to fix the issue.
