Some users have reported having issues accessing the shop and/or making a purchase on Toca Boca World due to an issue introduced with iOS 18.2 and 18.2.1. 

Our development team has investigated this issue and found that Apple has fixed it in the latest iOS update. We recommend that you update your device to iOS 18.3 and see if that is fixed for you! 

Here’s how to update your iOS to the latest version: 

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Go to General > Software Update.

  3. If an update is available, tap Download and Install.

  4. Once the update is complete, restart your device and try your purchase again.
