We strive to bring Toca Boca World to as many players as possible. However, to ensure the best gameplay experience, we’ve updated our minimum device requirements. This helps us improve game performance and continue bringing new and exciting features to all players.

What are the minimum requirements to install Toca Boca World? 

To play Toca Boca World, your device must meet the following requirements:

  • iOS Devices: iOS 13 or later

  • Android Devices: Android 5.0 or later with at least 2GB RAM

  • Amazon Devices: Fire OS 5.0 or later with at least 2GB RAM 

Even if your device meets these minimum requirements, we cannot guarantee optimal performance, as not all devices are optimized for gaming. If you experience slow performance or crashes, please contact our support team for assistance.

Discontinued support for certain devices

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve game performance, we carefully evaluate older devices and occasionally need to discontinue support for those that no longer meet our requirements. We understand this may be disappointing, but these changes allow us to maintain a better gameplay experience. 

We have removed support for devices that: 

  • Are running iOS 12, including:

    • iPad Air 1

    • iPod 6

    • iPhone 5S

    • iPhone 6

    • iPhone 6 Plus

    • iPad Mini 2

  • Are running Android 5.0 and have less than 2GB RAM, including but not limited to:

    • Samsung Galaxy J2 Core

    • Samsung Galaxy J4 Core

    • Samsung Galaxy Tab A

    • ZTE Blade A3 2020

    • Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6

    • Samsung Galaxy J7

    • Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime

    • Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro

    • ZTE Blade L210

  • Are running Fire OS 5.0 and have less than 2GB RAM. 

Additionally, due to poor performance, the following Amazon devices are no longer supported:

  • Fire HD 6 (2014) – KFARWI

  • Fire HD 7 (2014) – KFASWI

  • Fire HD 10 (2015) – KFTBWI

  • Fire HD 8 (2015) – KFMEWI

  • Fire (2015)

  • Fire 7 (2017) – KFAUWI

  • Fire 7 (2019) – KFMUWI

  • Fire HD 8 (2017) – KFDOWI
