We’re aware of an issue affecting some players where the app may freeze after updating to version 1.110. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing!

We know many of you were especially excited about our KATSEYE collaboration, and we want everyone to have the best experience possible. Our development team is actively working on a fix, and we hope to release an update soon that resolves the issue. 

What can I do in the meantime?

Please make sure that automatic updates are enabled on your device so you’ll receive the fix as soon as it becomes available. We'll update this article when we have released the fix.
