Our development team has identified an issue where closing the app while the KATSEYE intro scene is still playing, may cause the KATSEYE characters to disappear from Voxella when you reopen the app.
What can I do to fix it? I really want to see the KATSEYE characters!
If this happens, try the following steps:
Open a different location.
Tap to open the sidewalk in that playset.
Return to Voxella.
The KATSEYE characters should now appear on the Voxella stage.
