We've noticed a small number of users have been experiencing a crash when interacting with characters on the catwalk that was released with the Sunny Vibes Streamer furniture pack (as well as the Megastar Essentials bundle and Sunny Megastar Bundle that have this furniture item included). 

Interacting with characters on the catwalk can cause the app to crash, including trying to take characters off the catwalk after you've experienced a crash. While the game can crash and you will need to relaunch the game, it shouldn't cause the progress in your entire game to reset.


   

We're working hard on a fix for this issue and hope to have it released with the next update. In the meantime, we do have a workaround for this issue and that is to toggle off the movement feature. Once you have done this, then you can interact with characters on the catwalk. We realize that some characters will really want to keep the movement feature on, so feel free to just toggle the movement feature off, move your character off the catwalk and then you can continue playing. Note - we recommend not interacting with characters on the catwalk with the movement feature on until the next update later this month.
