Update - Some players were unable to find the Wicked music player after updating to the latest updates (1.121 & 1.121.1). We've now solved this issue. If you still can't find it, you may need to restart your game. If it's still not showing then wait up to 1hr and then launch the game again and it should be fixed 🎉

  • Some fixes for issues that could cause progress wipes

Some bundles unable to be restored

If you find that some (but not all) of your previous purchases are missing, then some of the bundles you've purchased may be affected by this issue. Please read and try all of the troubleshooting listed in "Restoring purchases". This will help you discern if you're experiencing some other purchase issue you can immediately resolve on your own vs. this particular live bug and what the next steps are. 


Front hair going white

We have a live issue with the front hair on some hairstyles going white 😱 Never fear, we're on this one and it should be fixed very soon with an update. 

Character Expressions turning blush white

This time it's a bug using the Character Expressions turning blush white 😱 We're investigating this one and will be sure to fix it. In the meantime be sure to avoid using the Spooked or Frozen character expression on characters with blush on their cheeks 🥶

Crashes on the main menu

We're investigating some crashes reported from either when the cogwheel on the main menu pops up, or when the main menu should show. If you are having a crash and unable to access the game click "Contact Us" below and reach out to our Support team so we can investigate 🔍
