NOTE: We're investigating some issue with purchased content missing for a portion of players after updating to the app version 1.126 (this version was live for a small number of users from Feb 27th - Mar 2nd and for all players from Mar 3rd-5th)
We released a hotfix update for this issue (1.126.1), so any players that didn't play on app version 1.126 should not be affected.

Bunched items in Home Designer Homes
Some players are reporting the items in their Home Designer homes all bunched and completely out of place. For more info on the possible cause of this and investigations related to this visit here
Characters Missing 🔍
Some players have reported their characters going missing. It could relate to some changes we needed to make to improve stability and you can read more about this here. If characters are not showing in the sidewalk at all, however, please reach out to our Support team by clicking "Contact Us" below.
Duplicate Post office items in homes after manually resetting
We're aware of some issues players are having with duplicate Post office items after manually resetting their game. We're investigating this issue but also working with a small crew due to holiday vacations currently 🎄
In the meantime, if this is occuring after you have just manually reset your game, then we would recommend a workaround of manually deleting/trashing the duplicate gifts and then resetting your game one more time as this should solve the issue. We'll be sure to update here once this issue is solved!
Some bundles unable to be restored
If you find that some (but not all) of your previous purchases are missing, then some of the bundles you've purchased may be affected by this issue. Please read and try all of the troubleshooting listed in "Restoring purchases". This will help you discern if you're experiencing some other purchase issue you can immediately resolve on your own vs. this particular live bug and what the next steps are.
Character Expressions turning blush white
This time it's a bug using the Character Expressions turning blush white 😱 We're investigating this one and will be sure to fix it. In the meantime be sure to avoid using the Spooked or Frozen character expression on characters with blush on their cheeks 🥶
