    Fixes:
  • Crash on location entry with Home Designer homes 💥 FIXED 🎉
    We actually picked up on the fix for this and included it in the 1.24.1 hotfix so make sure you are on this version! This will also fix certain ssues players were having with the game crashing when switching between floors. 
  • Unable to visit the shop "Shop not available" message ❎ FIXED 🎉
    There may be some instances where this will show, but we fixed it for a lot of players, especially for those where they were having a crash on the main menu previously. You'll need to be on 1.124.1 to get this fix. 
  • Bottom books unfolding when they shouldn't and stacks disappearing. FIXED 🎉
    Books should stay folded and items shouldn't disappear, so click "Contact US" below if you still have issues with this after updating to 1.24.1
  • Stacked items disappearing after exiting/entering HD homes a few times. FIXED 🎉
    This should hopefully solve a lot of issues with items going missing but click "Contact Us" if you're still having issues after updating to 1.24.1
  • Lots of other fixes for crashes/progress resets 🎉
    A bit too hard to go into the details here as you might not see/notice what happend, but we're putting in fixes for these types of issues with every release!

Unable to find all items in Fashion Store

We've had an early leak of paid content with some players creating UGC content using content part of a drop which will be available in the shop later this month. This isn't a part of the free Fashion Store and we're sorry if these leaks are creating some confusion. Bunched items in Home Designer Homes

Some players are reporting the items in their Home Designer homes all bunched and completely out of place. For more info on the possible cause of this and investigations related to this visit here


Characters Missing 🔍

Some players have reported their characters going missing. It more than likely relates to some changes we needed to make to improve stability and you can read more about this here. 


Duplicate Post office items in homes after manually resetting

We're aware of some issues players are having with duplicate Post office items after manually resetting their game. We're investigating this issue but also working with a small crew due to holiday vacations currently 🎄
In the meantime, if this is occuring after you have just manually reset your game, then we would recommend a workaround of manually deleting/trashing the duplicate gifts and then resetting your game one more time as this should solve the issue. We'll be sure to update here once this issue is solved!


Some bundles unable to be restored

If you find that some (but not all) of your previous purchases are missing, then some of the bundles you've purchased may be affected by this issue. Please read and try all of the troubleshooting listed in "Restoring purchases". This will help you discern if you're experiencing some other purchase issue you can immediately resolve on your own vs. this particular live bug and what the next steps are. 


Character Expressions turning blush white

This time it's a bug using the Character Expressions turning blush white 😱 We're investigating this one and will be sure to fix it. In the meantime be sure to avoid using the Spooked or Frozen character expression on characters with blush on their cheeks 🥶
