We previously had an issue with Amazon players getting stuck on a white screen when starting the game. We've put out a hotfix update (1.117.1) which has solved the issue so be sure to update to the latest version of the game. Visit the Amazon Appstore listing to click the "Update" button and update manually.

Stuck on White Screen (Amazon) - UPDAT FIXED with 1.117.1 hotfix update 🎉
We have an issue we are investigating where players on Amazon devices are stuck on a white screen and unable to access/play the game. We're investigating this issue and more info can be found here
Characters with limbs displaced - FIXED with 1.17 🎉
We had some issues with the last updates where characters limbs (and head 😵💫) were being displaced from characters bodies and/or limbs were moving from where they should. This could either be when placed on furniture or in a bed These issues are now solved with the 1.17 update and characters should be back to looking as normal. 😮💨
Blue dresser unable to be placed in scenes - FIXED with 1.17 🎉
We had issues with the Blue dresser being able to be placed/dragged into scenes and also trashed. This should now be be solved with the 1.17 update 🎉
Trashing causing the game to crash with certain items - FIXED earlier with 1.16
This should was fixed with an earlier update (1.116) so be sure to update to the latest version. You can read more here. If you are still having issues with the game crashing then be sure to click "Contact Us" below to reach out to the Support team and we'll investigate.
Some bundles unable to be restored
If you find that some (but not all) of your previous purchases are missing, then some of the bundles you've purchased may be affected by this issue. Please read and try all of the troubleshooting listed in "Restoring purchases". This will help you discern if you're experiencing some other purchase issue you can immediately resolve on your own vs. this particular live bug and what the next steps are.
