Confusion on missing furniture with Free Family House

Some players have been confused on the furniture items included with the Free Family Home. We also released a furniture pack at the same time the Free Family Home went live for all players so we've got all the details and clarification here

Trashing causing the game to crash with certain items

We're aware of a new issue with certain items causing the game to crash. We're investigating and working on a fix and you can read more here


Big Family Home rug replaced with new free rug with 1.115 update

We're aware of a new issue with the 1.115 update where many of you might have seen that the rug from Big Family Home was suddenly replaced with the new free rug that came with the Free Family House.  We're investigating and working on a fix for this and you can read more here

Tapping some wrapped Food items  doesn't spawn multiple items with 1.114 release

This should now be fixed with the 1.115 update 🎉

ATM, Free clock and toilet paper holder items unable to be placed in Home Designer scenes with 1.114 release and risks of crashes

This should now be fixed with the 1.115 update 🎉


Some bundles unable to be restored

If you find that some (but not all) of your previous purchases are missing, then some of the bundles you've purchased may be affected by this issue. Please read and try all of the troubleshooting listed in "Restoring purchases". This will help you discern if you're experiencing some other purchase issue you can immediately resolve on your own vs. this particular live bug and what the next steps are.
