We're aware of a frustrating issue for some players where they seem to be dropped into the "Build your first home" Home Designer tutorial even though they have already built their first home 😤 
 

Unfortuantely, this means that players are getting stuck in the  ‘Already Built’ screen and are unable to get out of this and continue playing 🥺

Rest assured, we completely understand how frustrating this and we're working on fixing this issue. We've made some temporary changes which should now fix this issue but if you are currently stuck you may need to clear the cache for the game. Sounds tricky I know, but we've got some clear instructions below:

Android / Google PlayGo to Settings on your Android device.

Go to Apps section and find Toca Boca World.
Open it and find the option to “Clear Cache”.
Restart your app

iOS
It's a bit easier, you should just need to restart your iOS device, i.e turn it off and back on

 
If these steps don't work for you immediately, then we recommend trying later in the day as it could take some time for our temporary changes to take effect.
