UPDATE - This issue should now be fixed with the 1.117.1 update which we just released on the Amazon Appstore. Be sure to make sure that your game is updated to this latest version. If your game hasn't automatically updated then visit the Amazon Appstore listing for Toca Boca World and there should be an "Update" button waiting for you to click. Click "Contact us" if you still need help!


We're aware of an issue that started for Amazon players last week where they are getting stuck on a white screen and unable to enter the game. 

Unfortunately it isn't solved with the latest release (1.117), but we're working on a fix 🛠️ for this issue and hope to release another update for Amazon Appstore as soon as possible. 

We would recommend against uninstalling the game to try and solve the issue. It doesn't seem to sovle the issue and doing so will mean that any free gifts you collected might be lost. Also, all your progress in the game will reset and any characters you have created in Character Creator will be gone.
