NOTE - You'll need to be on the latest version of the game (1.117) in order to see any Hello Kitty & Friends content. It seems as if it was possible to purchase on versions earlier than 1.117 but please update your game first if you can't find the conent and then try read throught the article below if you're still having trouble.
