We know it's a frustrating experience when this happens. This issue should be very temporary though 😮‍💨 so we recommend, giving it 5-10mins and then then relaunching the game to see if it is resolved for you. 

Depending if you are playing already or not, this issue might mean that you are:

• Unable to access the game
• Unable to enter the Shop
• Unable to enter Portal

Again, hang tight 💪 as things will be back up and running as normal before you know it.
