If you installed the game recently, or feshly installed after a bit of a break, you might notice that now we have a much improved onboarding experiene to help players get started and find everything they need to know in the best possible way. 

It does seem though that we are having some players that are getting stuck along the way and are not able to complete this onboarding.

If this seems to be the case for you, please let us know by clicking "Contact Us" below to send a ticket to our support team and let us know that you are "stuck in onboarding flow" and where exactly you are getting stuck. Any help with our investigation into this issue will be greatly appreciated!
