We've seen an increasing amount of reports of players entering their Home Designer homes and finding furniture/items are bunched together 🧐 and DEFINITELY not how they left things. 
   
We've been working hard to improve stability 🔧 and we think that your Home Designer scene getting in this state could be a by-product of this work. It's either the game saved you from having a full progress wipe/reset and/or it detected that there's a risk of your game getting into a bad/unplayable state. 

We know it's maybe aaaaaalmost as frustrating to enter your home and it's in this state, so we are continuing to investigate 🙏 how we can improve things. For us doing everytihng we can to avoid players having their game reset is a real priority to us 🫶 so we're making BIG changes - sometimes change is messy so pleae bear with us!

You should be able to just place the furniture/items back out how it was, but if you have any issues with items getting stuck after the behavior shown in the image above 👆 then be sure to click "Contact Us" and provide a video to help us investigate further 🔍

If you're missing any items from a scene, we recommend checking back where the item was originally. Sometimes items might be removed from a scene if the state of the item was the culprit/risk of anything that could cause a game to be reset. Remember Post office gifts are on the Post office shelves so be sure to scroll through all of those and look closely!

We're committed to giving you the best game experience we can. We know that glitches/behavior in your game that you're not used to (I didn't even mention characters going missing) is really frustrating, so hang in there we're going to get things fixed.
