NOTE - This issue should now be fixed with the 1.124.1 Hotfix update, so be sure to manually update your app! Reach out to us by clicking "Contact Us" below if you're on version 1.124.1 and still having issues

We're aware of an issue players reporting being unable to enter their Home Designer homes and the app crashing. 

We believe most of these current reports are caused by the eggs from Slowmo Supermarket to be placed in the location. Placing eggs in a scene and then exiting and attempting to re-enter will cause the game to crash and the Home Designer home isn't able to be entered. 

 

We're investigating a fix for this issue and will be sure to include it in a release as soon as possible. 

In the meantime, we recommend not to use these eggs currently as having them in your scene could mean the location isn't able to be entered. 

If you are having any issues with a Home Designer home causing the app to crash, we recommend rebuilding the home by clicking the blue build hammer at the bottom of the district, clicking "x" and then dragging the home to the trash. Rebuilding the home and avoiding placing the eggs in the scene should mean the attempting to enter the location will no longer crash the app.
