If your purchase was made on Google Play and it's been less than 14 days, we can assist you directly. Just send us a copy of your receipt with the GPA number, and our support team will be happy to help. 

For purchases made through the App Store or Amazon, we’re unable to process refunds directly, as those platforms don’t allow us to issue refunds on their behalf. So we’d recommend reaching out to them directly!
