Please try the following:
- Close Toca Boca World completely
- Open the app again and check the Shop or your content
If you're on an iOS device:
- Click on the "restore purchases" button in the shop located by scrolling down
If the Pusheen pack still doesn’t appear after restarting the app, please reach out to our support team by clicking Contact Us below and include:
- Your Device ID (you can find it by tapping the logo on the main menu 5 times)
- A copy of your purchase receipt
