🧑‍🔧 We recently released a hotfix in version 1.132.1 with some stability improvements to help with iOS crashes. We're still continuing to investigate the issue and making further improvements to make a smoother experience for you.

 

💥 We're right now seeing that a number of iOS users are experiencing crashes in the game. We're truly sorry for this experience and rest assured that we're investigating 🔍 the issue for you.

It seems to have affected some players since version 1.131, and the crashes could happen while:

• Entering any locations 🏠

• Exiting Character Creator 🧍

• You might experience long loading times before the app eventually crashes

Here are some troubleshooting you can try in the meantime:

• Manually update to the latest version of the game (1.132)
• Turn off your device completely and turn it back on again ⏼
• Try running Toca Boca World with no other apps open in the background 

We strongly recommend against uninstalling the game to try and troubleshoot this as it will mean you lose your gifts.
