Welcome to the Toca Boca World bug submission form 👋


This is a new place for you to inform us on new bugs, so if anything new creeps into the game we can get it fixed as quickly as possible 💪

The Bug Board itself, is a great place to update yourself on known bugs that we are investigating, and upcoming fixes to the game (you can see when a fix is being added so you know when to update your game!). You can also upvote if you are experiencing the same bug 🦠 
We would LOVE it 🤩 if you can also spread the word of any bugs we're aware of in the community, so everyone knows what we're aware of and working on 🙏


What is considered a bug? What should/shouldn't I submit on this form?

  • Any "glitches" in the game where gameplay isn't working as it should ✅
  • Any issues with game features not working as they should (or not working at all) ✅
  • Any issues with visuals in the game not looking as they should ✅
  • Game crashes - Yes ✅ but only if you can consistently reproduce the crash (please be sure to add a video showing this!). For all other crashes (i.e one-off or sporadic) use the regular "Contact us" link at the bottom of this article
  • Progress reset ❌ No, we want to investigate these seperately so please use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of this article
  • Missing purchases or purchase not received ❌ No, please use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of this article

Once you've submitted your bug and if it's not on the board (either straight away or for some time!), don't worry this doesn't mean we're not looking into it 🔍 We might need additional information, or it's connected to work that might be some time away.
