We try to bring Toca Boca World to as many players as possible, but unfortunately we’re not able to support that all devices run the game. To play Toca Boca World, you would need a minimum operating system of iOS12 on iOS devices and Android 5.0.
Even with these operating systems, we also cannot guarantee that your device which have optimal performance of the game, as not all devices are built for gaming in mind. So if you’re having any issues with the game performing slowly or crashing at all then please click “Contact us” in the bottom of this page so our support team can investigate.
If you get an alert from app store that your device is incompatible despite the fact that you’re on at least Android 5.0 or iOS12, please let us know! Also please provide a screenshot of what you see on the app store, as well as the operating system and device you are using. This makes it a lot easier for us to consider your specific game issues in order to solve the them.
