Is it looking like you’ve been charged more than once for an item that you've purchased in Toca Boca World?

If so, be sure to double-check that you haven't already been refunded for any additional transaction(s). These are normally refunded automatically, since it should not be possible to purchase the same item multiple times on Toca Boca World.

If the additional transaction(s) haven’t been refunded, then we can assist you with refunds on the Google Play Store within 14 days of you making your purchase. Please contact our customer support team by clicking on the “Contact us”  button at the bottom of this page. Send us a copy of your purchase receipts that Google Play would have sent you and we’ll request your refund as soon as possible!

For refunds on the App Store or on Amazon Appstore you’d need to contact Apple or Amazon support directly, as they don't allow us to process refunds on their behalf.
