NOTE: We're aware that some players are experiencing issues with the "Your house is full" message and are seeing this either in a house that isn't full and/or afterwards in additional houses they may have built.

Normally this message is very important and helps to reduce crashes/instability, however, we are investigating a bug with this messaging currently. We do have a fix coming for this issue later this month so be sure to keep an eye out for updates 👀
In the meantime, to solve this issue you should be able to close the app and then relaunch the app to solve the issue. We recomment doing this first instead of the instructions below with rebuilding your home. We definitely recommend that you DON'T uninstall the game to try and solve this issue as that could mean that you lost gifts and progress and there will be no way for us to restore this. If you continue to see the issue, then we recommending closing and relaunching the app again.
Thanks for your patience while!

Have you decorated your house 🏠 to the brink of it bursting?  Then you might’ve hit the limit of items and your house is simply full.

This pop-up message can actually be super important as if you have too many items in a Home Designer house, it can cause problems with your game. So the message is there to avoid save file corruptions and/or crashes that could occur!

It could also be a temporary issue that’ll resolve itself after leaving the Home Designer house you’re currently in. You can also try closing the app, updating it and also checking for any system updates on available on your device.

If none of our suggestions work, then you could try rebuilding the house in question to see if that solves the issue. You can do this by tapping the build hammer, where you add houses to one of the Home Designer districts (“Something Street” and/or “Pelican Piers”), but click the red “x” to remove the house and then rebuild it. Please be aware that this resets the house to an empty state - meaning your decorations will be lost from the house in question.

We hope this clarifies how important this message is, but click in the “Contact us” button in the bottom  to reach out to our support team if you need any further help!
