CAN'T FIND THE UPDATE
You can always check if you need to update Toca Life World by visiting the app store listing and there will either be an option to update if should you need to (IMPORTANT - don't just search for the app but click the app listing too). Also, make sure you have enough storage for the update!
If some players have received the latest update, but not you, then it might be that the update hasn't reached your region yet as it does take sometime to spread through out the world so check back later.
DOWNLOAD/UPDATE PROBLEMS
You can sometimes encounter problems with updating and/or downloading Toca Life World for the first time. Normally, this is due to a network issue and/or storage issue on your device, so please try the following troubleshooting to see if it helps:

1.Check the available space on your device. Is it less than 3GB you may want to transfer some apps to your SD card.
2. Try another network/internet connection!
3. Do you have a restricted profile on your device? Always make sure that you’re logged on as owner and not user when downloading apps.
4. Do you receive an error message saying ‘Couldn’t install on USB or SD card’? If not, what does the error message say?
5. If you don’t mind losing progress, delete the app, reboot your device and download it again. Sometimes a good old reboot will do the magic.
If you’re on an iOS device, be sure to also check the available space on your device. Is it less than 3GB you may want to transfer some apps. With iOS devices, this issue is usually related to a poor App Store connection. We recommend turning your Wi-Fi connection ON and OFF and then rebooting your device. Once this is done, try downloading the app again.
Also, ensure that you’ve downloaded the app from an official app store. Unfortunately, we can’t help if you’ve downloaded an APK of the app and not downloaded it from one of the official app stores. You can find the details for the official app stores below:
