Why are you no longer offering Toca Life Box subscriptions?

We've loved working on the Toca Life Boxes, and are honoured to have been able to bring joy to so many kiddoes over the past few years. For the time being, we're going to re-focus our efforts on our app collection

When will my subscription expire?

Toca Life Box subscriptions will end in December 2022.

I pre-paid for 3, 6, 12 months how will that work?

Pre-paid subscriptions will be shipped in December, with all remaining boxes sent as one shipment. In the event you've paid for more boxes than we have themes available, a pro-rated refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

When will I get my boxes?

The final box shipments will be sent in early December. Keep an eye on your email for the tracking details!

I didn’t get all of my boxes!

If your final shipment was missing any boxes, and you didn't see a refund for those, you can reach us at support@tocalifebox.com

Can I buy all of the boxes I don’t have yet?

With subscriptions being wound down, Toca LIfe Boxes are no longer available for purchase.

I have a gift code I haven’t used, can I redeem it?

Unredeemed gift codes have been refunded to the original method of payment.
