The team has been working behind the scenes on a series of Character Creator Improvements to make your character creation experience smoother, trendier, and way more fun.
What’s the fuss all about?
We didn't just add a few things; we gave the whole system a "vibe shift." Here is a breakdown of the specific areas where you’ll see the biggest changes:
💇♀️ The Great Hair Makeover
Hairs are arguably the most important part of any look, right? We’ve added 61 updated hairstyles! We’ve said goodbye to some of the "wonky" old styles and introduced fresh, modern cuts that flow better and look more cohesive with the world. Whether you’re looking for something sleek or super voluminous, your characters are about to have a major hair day. Some examples below:
👗 Curated Outfits
While we love a classic look, we’ve refreshed 56 outfits. The focus here was on curation—recoloring and refining existing favorites to make sure they fit the new aesthetic. Expect less "clutter" and more "style" when you’re picking out your daily 'fit. Here’s some Before and After examples below to check out the style upgrade:
🎨 A Sophisticated New Palette
The color palette has officially graduated! We’ve moved away from the old, unsorted colors to a new, curated color palette. This makes it much easier to find the perfect skin tones and hair colors that actually look great together.
🎲 The "No More Random" Randomizer
Love using the randomizer for inspiration but hate it when it gives you something... well, weird, a little bit too random? We’ve upgraded the randomizer logic. Our calculations show there will be approximately 73% fewer "overly random" characters generated, meaning your random characters will look more like actual icons and less like accidents.
✨ Facial Details & More
We’ve also added 10 refreshed/changed facial details—including blushes, eyebrows, and noses—to help you capture that perfect expression or personality. Here are some examples of changes below:
