A note for parents
If you're a parent contacting us on behalf of your child, please don’t include their age in the contact form. For compliance reasons, we’re only allowed to respond once to tickets marked as being from users under 13 years old. Filling out the contact form with your information and letting you us know that you're a parent helps us stay compliant while still giving you the support you and your child need.
